Payment for www.bartekusa purchases is by credit card only.  We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. Billing information must be exactly as shown on your credit card statement and must include a valid e-mail address and phone number, so we are able to confirm your order.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via UPS.  Please make sure that you enter your address correctly.  We must charge you for additional shipping if we have to re-ship an item because of on address error.

Returns
Due to improper fit, returns will only be accepted within 14 days of the receipt date, on shoes in unworn condition and in its original packaging. Worn footwear will not be accepted, refunded, credited or exchanged by IPDC. Shoes not shipped in their original packaging or packaging that is damaged or marred due to improper shipping by the costumer (please place returned box into a shipping carton or wrap in shipping paper, do not apply labels or tapes directly to the boxes) is subject to 15% repacking fee. All tags must be attached to the shoe.  Customer is responsible for shipping cost of the returns (packages must be prepaid and insured for your own protection).Shipping and Handling is not refundable.
All returns must have a return authorization, which can be obtained by e-mailing us at ipdc@bartekusa.com Upon receipt of the returned footwear and its authorization the purchase price will be credited to your account less any applicable shipping or repacking charges. Please include the original receipt with your return.
Defective footwear:
If manufactured defects (such as material or workmanship defects) are found in your purchased footwear (footwear must be inspected by our customer service department), IPDC will replace or exchange the defective footwear at IPDC cost. Any footwear found not to be manufactured defect would be returned to the customer at customer’s cost.
